SPEAKER INFORMATION

Marya Allen is a Licensed Master’s Level Psychologist and Licensed Master’s Addiction Counselor, working for COMCARE of Sedgwick County.  She has worked for COMCARE since 2002.  She has been working in the field of mental health since 1996, as a case manager for Severely and Persistently Mentally Ill Adults.  She graduated Pittsburg State University in 1998 with a Masters in Clinical Psychology and she has worked as a Qualified Mental Health Professional in the State of Kansas since that time.  Ms. Allen has worked with adults, children, and families throughout her career in the mental health field.  She became interested in Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment and became licensed as an Masters Addictions Counselor in 2014.  She is currently working exclusively with individuals with substance use and mental health disorders.

Heather Hoff has a Master’s of Science in Counseling  from Fort Hays State University and is Licensed Professional Counselor since 2008 and Licensed Master’s Addiction Counselor since 2014. She has been working in the filed for 14 years and  with COMCARE  of Sedgwick County since 2004. Ms. Hoff has worked in a variety of positions including case manager, supervisor and therapist. She is trained in Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment through the KU School of Social Welfare.
